A vague brief can make both sides think they agreed

A buyer and a factory can use the same words while picturing different products. A request for a blue pen, for example, still leaves the shade, ink color, dimensions, weight, material, line width, and packaging open to interpretation. The inspection is stronger when those details are agreed before production.

Frequently asked questions

01

What is the difference between PSI and DPI?

During Production Inspection happens while production is still running. Pre-Shipment Inspection is performed when goods are complete and largely packed.

02

Do you inspect against our own checklist?

Yes. We can inspect against your specification sheet, approved sample, packaging standard, or agreed checklist.

03

What should I send before a product inspection?

Send the purchase order, detailed product specifications, factory contact, target date, and any approved sample, drawing, packaging, label, barcode, or test requirements. Commercial prices can be redacted if they are confidential.
